Date of Event:  June 12th, 2026, from 7:00 PM - 9:30PM

Time Control:  (G/10;d3)

3 Sections:  Premier (Class Prize U1700/U1500), U1200 (Class Prize U1000), and U900 (Class Prize U600).

Prizes:  The number of prizes is based on 50 fully paid entries.

Premier: 1st Place $150, 2nd Place $100, U1700 $60, U1500 $50

U1200:  1st Place $50, 2nd Place $40, U1000 $30

U900:  1st Place $50, 2nd Place $40, U600 $30

Entry Fee:

Free entry for GMs/IMs/FMs if committed by 6/8.  After 6/8 free entry, but $20 deducted from prizes.  Must play all 4 rounds.  No byes or tournament withdrawal allowed.

Non-Club members:                          $20

RCC Members:                                   $15 (Must bring membership card as proof)

• Online registration will close on June 12th at 6:30pm. 
• No-Refund Deadline: Once the first round is paired or begins, no refunds or credit are issued. No-shows forfeit their entry fees entirely. 
• On-site registration MAY be subject to an automatic 1st round "bye", or out of ordinary pairings.
• Forfeit of the first round will result in withdrawal from the tournament (Unless you notify the TD in advanced). 
• Up to two half-point byes are allowed.  Half-point byes can be requested for any round.  The deadline to request a half-point bye is prior to the start of round 2.
• We provide chess sets for all players but may not have enough clocks.  If you have a chess clock, please bring it.

Byes:  Players may request up to two half-points byes.  All byes must be committed to before the start of the first round.

Participant Limit:  The total number of registrations is limited to 50 players.  Priority will go to those that paid in advance.

Equipment:  All necessary chess sets, board and clock will be provided.

Parking:  Free parking is available located behind the church.

Electronic Device Policy:

• Possession of electronic devices that is turned on or makes a noise:  This will result in forfeiture of the game.
• Players that are found with Possession of electronic devices that is turned off:
• First violation:  2-minute time penalty, not exceeding half of the remaining time on the clock for the current time control.
• Second violation:  Forfeiture of the game.
