There is no formal tournament. This FREE event suits beginners, newer players, enthusiasts; all levels are welcome.
Just a fun, casual day of learning and playing chess, puzzle competition, exploring variants (Fischer Random, Duck Chess, etc.), and meeting Coach Robert Katende from Uganda, whose life is portrayed in Disney's "Queen of Katwe" movie featuring chess!
