Fide Ratings will be used for all pairings and prizes. The default time for late arrival is 60 minutes but the Chief Arbiter may make exceptions in case of emergency.

The chief arbiter for the tournament will be IA Franc Guadalupe.

A one hour grace period is allowed for arrival to the board.

Schedule: Reg ends Sat 10 am, Saturday 11 and 6pm , Sunday 11am and 6, Monday 11am and 6pm, Tuesday 11am and 6pm, Wednesday 10am.
Half point byes: all, unlimited, must commit before rd 3. If you take any byes you cannot earn norms. If you take more than two byes, you cannot win U2500 or U2300 prizes.
